I’m still waiting on my deposit, and it’s been kind of a mess. I don’t really know what else to say, it just hasn’t come back yet and the whole thing feels not handled great.

At first, I thought the rental was perfectly fine and figured we’d have an easy stay, but then we ran into a maintenance issue. From my perspective, getting help was more of a hassle than it should’ve been. We called about it and were told someone would come by, but we ended up waiting way longer than I expected.

When someone finally showed up, it felt like they were in a rush, and the problem only seemed halfway fixed to me. I understand that stuff happens, especially with rentals, but I personally found the response frustrating. It didn’t ruin the whole trip, but I wouldn’t call it a great experience either.

The photos was really different from what we walked into, and the description didn’t match much either. I felt misled and wouldn’t have booked it if I knew what the place was actually like

The staff was professional enough, so I can’t say they were rude or anything. But the replies took longer than I expected, and it kind of felt like they weren’t that interested in helping. Overall it was okay, just average

I picked this place because it was pet friendly, which was nice, but the dog fee felt high for what we got. It also wasn’t super clear upfront, so it kind of made me wonder if there were other little hidden charges I missed. The room itself could’ve been cleaner too, which was disappointing.

It was an okay stay overall, and the location was convenient. The beds felt a bit worn out though, and there just wasn’t much that felt kid-friendly or safe for little ones. The nighttime noise was also tough because the kids kept waking up. we tried to make the best of it, then by the second night I was just over it. I wouldn’t book it again for a family vacation...

During our stay, the furniture just wasn’t very comfortable, honestly. The couch sagged bad when sitting on it, and the beds felt hard the whole week. We managed, but relaxing was a bit tough because of that.

The booking itself was smooth, but I was a little frustrated when I saw the final price. There were extra fees that I didn’t notice at first, and it made the total feel less clear than I expected. I just wish everything had been shown upfront so there weren’t any surprises at the end.

It kept cutting out every few minutes, and when it did work, it was way too slow for work calls or even just trying to stream something at night. We tried resetting it a couple times, but it didn’t really change anything. For what we paid, I definitely expected the internet to be better. Not a terrible stay, but the wifi made it annoying

We had to drive anytime we wanted food, getting to the beach wasn’t as easy as I expected, and parking ended up being a hassle too. It just didn’t feel like a convenient spot for a simple, relaxing vacation.

Overall, the stay was fine, but the condo definitely felt a bit worn down. The carpet had some stains, the balcony chairs were rusty, and a few lights weren’t working. None of it made the place unusable, but it did feel like avoidable stuff that should’ve been taken care of. It just wasn’t as clean or updated as the photos made it seem.

A few of the fees also weren’t really clear until later in the booking process, which was a bit frustrating. I did get my confirmation email quickly though, so that was good. Overall, not a bad experience, not bad, just something that could definitely be a little smoother.

Overall, the rental was okay and easy enough was the check-in. The condo looked close to the photos, and clean for the most part it was, so no big complaints there.

The noise though, that was the main problem. We could hear people upstairs walking around late at night, and then early every morning the street noise started up. Not a terrible stay, but relaxing it really wasn’t.

I thought the pool was really nice and clean, which made the stay feel more relaxing for me. The extra amenities were good too, and I personally appreciated having them available...

I booked with Elliott Beach Rentals for a quick weekend trip, and overall it was a okay experience. The rental was about what I expected, nothing fancy or surprising, but it worked fine for what we needed.

The only part that was a little frustrating was getting help with a check-in question. I had to call twice, and the email response took longer than I thought it would. Not a huge deal, but it did make things a bit more annoying than they needed to be.
They did get back to me eventually, and everyone I talked to was nice enough. I would probably consider using them again, but I would make sure to ask any questions ahead of time and not count on super fast replies

We stayed in one of their beach rentals it was clean when we arrived. The floors looked good, the bathrooms were tidy, and the kitchen was in solid shape, which is always a relief when you first walk in, right??
The only small things I noticed were a little dust on some of the blinds and a bit under the couch, but nothing that bothered us or messed with the trip. Overall, we had a good stay and I’d be fine using Elliott Beach Rentals again.

The place itself was alright, but the kitchen situation was kind of a joke. There were barely any decent pans, the knives were so dull they were basically useless, and a few of the cups looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned. We ended up having to buy basic stuff just to make simple meals, which is ridiculous at this price. Definitely expected better.
